Erica Napuli is a personal trainer and health & wellness professional with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and several years experience in the fitness industry. Over the years Erica has assisted people with a variety of physical needs, however in recent years she has developed a special interest in helping athletes train for their sport. She has had a great deal of success training triathletes to safely reach their personal goals. She provides a very comprehensive assessment to identify areas that need to be addressed such as core strength, strength and stabilization of major joints, and injury prevention through stretching and myofascial release. Erica works with her clients at Health Coaches, a state of the art fitness studio, located at 17 Free St. in downtown Portland. The private facility is clean and comfortable, with top of the line equipment and the latest fitness "tools" to accommodate a wide variety of training needs.

Core3 Massage is Julia Kirtland, Licensed Massage Therapist. Julia, a marathon runner, enjoys doing deep massage work for triathletes, runners, cyclists and other athletes. She races in the occasional triathlon, and is lucky enough to share space with Tri-ME's new retail shop in Portland.
